Returns and Exchange Policy

To Our Valued Fur Parents,

Thank you for choosing PetBuddy. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent service for you and your fur babies.

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

• A valid original sales receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
• The item must be in its original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals (if applicable), and attached price tags.
• The item must show no signs of misuse, abuse, mishandling, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
• The defect must be determined to be a manufacturing or quality defect.

Items returned within the 30-day period that meet the above requirements may be eligible for replacement or exchange, subject to product inspection and approval by PetBuddy.

For concerns raised beyond 30 days from the date of purchase, the item may be subject to further assessment and coordination with the respective supplier or authorized service center, if applicable.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Improper use, misuse, neglect, abuse, or accidental damage
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or discoloration
• Failure to follow the product's intended use or care instructions
• Any cause not attributable to a manufacturing or material defect

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, PetBuddy cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following unless proven to have a manufacturing defect upon purchase:

• Opened or used pet food, treats, milk, vitamins, supplements, and other consumable products
• Opened pet hygiene and grooming products such as shampoos, conditioners, dental products, wipes, and similar items
• Pet medications and veterinary products
• Opened cat litter, training pads, and other sanitary products
• Any item considered hygienic in nature once opened or used

Consumable products may only be considered for return or exchange if they remain sealed, unopened, and in resalable condition, unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns and Exchanges Not Covered

In accordance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), the following are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Change of mind or preference after purchase
• Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer (unless approved under the store's discretion)
• Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, negligence, or accidents
• Price differences or promotions offered after the purchase date
• Discovery of a lower price from another retailer

Additional Information

• Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by PetBuddy.
• PetBuddy reserves the right to decline requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
• Certain products may be subject to supplier-specific warranty terms where applicable.
• This policy shall be implemented in accordance with applicable Philippine consumer protection laws.
