Mechanics:

1.The Pet Buddy Grooming Loyalty Promo is open to all customers who avail of paid full grooming services at participating Pet Buddy branches.

2. Customers will be issued one (1) official Pet Buddy Loyalty Stamp Card per pet. Each pet must have a separate loyalty card.

3. Customers will receive one (1) stamp for every completed and full grooming session of the registered pet.

4. Only one (1) stamp shall be issued per pet, per transaction, per day. Stamps from different pets may not be combined into one card.

5. Customers may redeem rewards upon completing the required number of stamps, as follows:

• 5th Stamp – Entitles the cardholder to fifty percent (50%) OFF one (1) full grooming session for the same registered pet.

• 10th Stamp – Entitles the cardholder to one (1) FREE basic/full grooming session for the same registered pet.

6. Rewards are strictly non-transferable and may only be redeemed for the pet registered on the loyalty card.

7. Once a card is fully completed and the corresponding reward has been redeemed, the customer may request a new Loyalty Stamp Card for the same pet to continue participation in the program within the promo period.

8. To redeem a prize, customers must submit their completed stamp card at the Customer Service Counter for verification.

9. Lost, damaged, or stolen loyalty cards will not be replaced. Pet Buddy shall not be liable for lost stamps or unredeemed rewards.

10. Promo is valid from April 10-December 31, 2026.

11. The promo is valid only within the official promo period. Stamps must be collected within this period, but redemptions will be honored up to 60 days after the end date of the promotion.

12. Promo is applicable at all PetBuddy branches nationwide.
