Shipping Returns and Cancellation Policy
Return Policy
Please be advised of the terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.
- Please make sure that the original copy of the Sales Invoice is with you.
- Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or receipt of the item/s.
- Item/s for return or exchange must be unused, in good condition as delivered, and in its original packaging. This does not apply to items found defective upon purchase.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to approval and evaluation of items.
- The mode of refund will be based on the original payment mode.
- The return shipping costs will be shouldered by AllHome if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Processing of refund shall take 30 working days from the date of approval for cash payments and may take an additional 15 days for credit card payments, which includes bank processing.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We accommodate deliveries in areas where AllHome is present. Estimated delivery usually takes 2-3 working days after the order is placed and payment is confirmed. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to places outside Metro Manila.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary.
Please also note that the shipping rates are based on location and weight or size of items. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.
Cancellation
REMINDER: Once payment is made and confirmed, orders from allhome.com.ph can no longer be cancelled.
